OCA Privacy Policy

Oki Customer Adtech Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter called "OCA") properly handle personal information (the information which can identify an individual - hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information") which OCA may collect through questionnaire format or e-mail in OCA's web site (http://www.oca.co.jp/ - hereinafter referred to as "OCA's Website") in accordance with the Privacy Policy stated below. Provided that OCA is not responsible for any privacy practices of third party's web site which link with OCA's Website.

1. Collection of Personal Information

Whenever OCA asks for Personal Information, OCA in advance notify you of the purposes of collection, usage of Personal Information and contact information. You may choose not to provide information. If you so choose, you may not be able to use certain services in OCA's Website.

OCA protects the Personal Information provided to OCA using security measures for preventing unauthorized access, loss, dissemination and improper alteration.

OCA does not use the Personal Information provided to OCA for any other purpose than those in advance notified to individuals. OCA may statistically analyze OCA's Web Side but Personal Information will not be contained nor used in such analysis.

OCA does not disclose the Personal Information provided to OCA to any third party except for the following event:

  • When the realization of the purposes notified to individual requires OCA to disclose the Personal Information to the third party who entered into non-disclosure agreement with OCA
  • When an inquiry to OCA is better responded by OCA's affiliates or distributors

5. Use of Cookies

Cookie means small packets of data transmitted from web server to browsers of individuals which may be stored on the disks of individuals as a file. Cookie may identify computers of individuals but cannot identify Personal Information.
